This picture was taken on March 24, 1926 showing business leaders meeting at the Gregg County Courthouse to organize the East Texas Chamber of Commerce. This is the front cover of the first edition of East Texas, a magazine published by the East Texas Chamber of Commerce. It shows Chamber President R. M. Kelly.
